Riverview Apartment Development and Wetland Mitigation Project

ALTA provided cultural resource management services in support of a private development project for the construction of a 27-building complex containing 264 apartment units and auxiliary structures in Sonoma County. ALTA’s cultural resource experts helped our client navigate complex regulatory requirements that included sensitive archaeological resources, addressing US Army Corps of Engineers permitting requirements and consultation with the State Office of Historic Preservation.
