Forestry
USDA, Sierra National Forest, Fuel Reduction Projects

The Sierra National Forest sought out our services to complete several large-scale pedestrian archaeological surveys. These surveys would support fuel breaks for planned fire suppression and better safety preparedness in rural communities. Throughout the project, we surveyed thousands of acres of federal land and recorded hundreds of archaeological sites. Working closely with the Forest Service, we ensured project expectations were met successfully.
